LJC Construction is owned and run by Joe Alvarez, based in Jefferson County. We handle the whole job from framing to finish, so you're not juggling five different contractors.

We're not a franchise and we don't rush. We prep the right way, build it to last, and leave the place cleaner than we found it.

Yes. We carry general liability and we'll send proof of insurance before we start any job. Ask and we'll email it over.
For anything that needs one, yes. We handle the permit and inspection process so you don't have to deal with the city or county.
Depends on the season and size of the job. Small interior work can usually start within a week or two. Bigger exterior projects book out further. Call us for a straight answer.
Every job. If something isn't right, we come back and fix it. Workmanship warranty on all our projects. Manufacturer warranties on materials.
No surprises. We agree on a schedule up front in the written proposal. Usually a deposit to start, progress payments for bigger jobs, final payment when you're satisfied.
